2/ In a two pronged approach 4 Asian areas China, Singapore, Hong Kong & Taiwan will hire Hire Bill Begg to spend around 40 weeks per year Coaching Coaches and skaters in these countries,in order to help lift the standard, create new members and enthusiasm. With past experience their is a very good track record to build on. 2 b / There is also a lack of good quality competition & very little to create interest from the large number of recreation skaters in some of the countries. So we will create a competition to encourage a second tier level of International competition, within the region, while introducing new skaters to our sport. 2 c / With regards 2 b an organization will be formed, with Andrew So the Chairman, I will be employed as the Executive Consultant, to run the competition know as the ASIANIC INLINE CUP. From the 28th of February and 7th March, this competition will get underway in Singapore. 2 d / Its expected that in order to create long term growth & success, that the organizors will even have to be prepared to face an initial financial loss in the first years. 2 e / It will vary slightly from most Inline cup events, but will be run along the lines of the French, German and Swiss Inline cup series, which will be a feeder to the WIC competition, with points attained within WIC races in the Asian area counting, so as to encourage more Asian Country skaters, to step up to the higher level of World cup racing and support the WIC competition.
