| To create alongside & in conjunction with FIRS, CIC, ASIA , OCEANA Federations & WIC, a healthy skating environment, for the betterment of all parties involved with our sport, with an ongoing long term development plan with back up support.
To create ongoing support, we provide coaching by the Beggsport Coaching system, with proven success in many developing countries, for Coaches & Skaters.
By creating Technical Assistance to Coaches, to also provide tools so that they improve both their ability as coaches & improve the standard of their skaters.
Also offering inspiration to the skaters, as we conduct Technical seminars, plus enlightening them about the possibilities of our wonderful sport.
Once we have more numbers combined with improved coaching, then we need racing series to improve the standard, this will be done through the WIC & SIC model of Elite Sport, Sport for all & enjoyment celebrations following.
We will also bring Bank track racing into our series as well, as the skills of racing are learnt on the bank tracks, the road marathons are for mass participation, with fitness along with self fullfullment a key factor, for many of the recreational skaters..
We will create an International Coaching Level certification for International standard coaching for Bank Track & road, where we will teach the coaches & examine there ability to Qualify. |
